Illinois High School Flag Football - Loyola Academy sneaks past New Trier
September 27, 2024: Winnetka, IL 60093 The Loyola Academy Ramblers flag football squad scored 12 points and limited the host New Trier Trevians to 8 in the Ramblers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Ramblers now hold a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren Township for a test on Saturday, September 28. Loyola Academy will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 28-6 league loss to Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-6.
With the defeat, New Trier drops to 7-8 on the campaign. The Trevians travel to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) to meet the Titans in a test on Monday, September 30. The Titans come into the test with a record of 8-5. Glenbrook South won 12-6 in their recent non-league test against Resurrection (Chicago, IL)
