September 27, 2024: Belgrade, MT 59714 The Russell Rustlers football squad scored 37 points and limited the host Belgrade Panthers to 0 in the Rustlers league triumph on Friday.
The Rustlers now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Skyview for a test on Friday, October 4. Russell will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 28-14 non-league loss to Billings West (Billings, MT). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Belgrade drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Billings Senior (Billings, MT) to meet the Broncs in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Broncs come into the test with a record of 0-1. Billings Senior lost 26-8 in their recent non-league test against Billings West (Billings, MT)
