September 27, 2024: Burkburnett, TX 76354 Decatur Eagles (Decatur, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Burkburnett Bulldogs (Burkburnett, TX), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Decatur advances its record to 18-11 on the season. The Eagles host Krum (Krum, TX) to face the Bobcats in a 4A Region I District 7 test on Tuesday, October 1. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 21-12. Krum won 3-0 in their recent league test against Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX)
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Castleberry for a 4A Region I District 7 test on Tuesday, October 1. Burkburnett will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Springtown (Springtown, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-14.
