Torrington Raiders (Torrington, CT) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Crosby Bulldogs (Waterbury, CT), 39-12 in a league match.

The Raiders (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Ansonia (Ansonia, CT). The Chargers come into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Ansonia was beaten by Waterbury Career Academy (Waterbury, CT), 28-25, in a league match.
