Ohio High School Football - Lincoln tops Central Crossing
September 27, 2025: Grove City, OH 43123 The Lincoln Lions football squad scored 15 points and limited the host Central Crossing Comets to 0 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host New Albany for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Lincoln will face a Eagles team coming off a 20-16 non-league loss to Grove City (Grove City, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
The Comets (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Pickerington North toppled Westerville Central (Westerville, OH), 24-6, in a non-league challenge.
