West Virginia High School Soccer - Jefferson nudges Fairmont Senior
September 27, 2025: Shenandoah Junction, WV 25442 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Jefferson Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Fairmont Senior Polar Bears.
The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Washington (Charles Town, WV). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 2-2 record.
The Polar Bears now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host East Fairmont for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1. Fairmont Senior will clash with a Bees team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV). The Bees record now stands at 0-3.
