September 27, 2025: Westmont, IL 60559 The Westmont Sentinels held off the visiting Montini Catholic Broncos soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Sentinels now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Cristo Rey Jesuit for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 1. Westmont will play a Cristeros squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Mansueto (Chicago, IL). The Cristeros record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Montini Catholic moves to 0-2 on the year. The Broncos travel to St. Rita (Chicago, IL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-4. St. Rita lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Brother Rice (Chicago, IL)
