Washington, DC High School Soccer - Bell overwhelmed by Sidwell Friends
September 27, 2025: Washington, DC 20016 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) soccer squad overwhelmed the visiting Bell Griffins (Washington, DC), by a margin of 7-1.
The Quakers now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal for a MAC challenge on Tuesday, September 30. Sidwell Friends will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Saint James (Hagerstown, MD). The Lions record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Bell moves to 5-3 on the year. The Griffins travel to Ron Brown (Washington, DC) to encounter the Monarchs in a DCIAA contest on Monday, September 29. The Monarchs enter the contest with a record of 0-2. Ron Brown lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against School Without Walls (Washington, DC)
