September 27, 2025: Duncan, SC 29334 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Dreher Blue Devils volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the James F. Byrnes Rebels.
With the win, Dreher advances its record to 16-11 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Gaffney (Gaffney, SC) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Indians go into the test with a record of 8-8. Gaffney lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC)
The Rebels now sport a 9-13 record. They play next when they travel to Dorman for a AAAAA Region 2 outing on Tuesday, September 30. James F. Byrnes will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 20-6.
