Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) and the visiting Travelers Rest Devildogs (Travelers Rest, SC), saw Eastside's volleyball squad notch a victory over Travelers Rest by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Eastside improves its record to 9-15 on the season. The Eagles host Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC) to encounter the Bulldogs in a AAAAA Region 2 battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 18-5. Boiling Springs won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Gaffney (Gaffney, SC)

The Devildogs now own a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greer for a AAAA Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, September 30.
