September 27, 2025: Eden Valley, MN 55329 Mankato East Cougars (Mankato, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Eden Valley-Watkins Eagles (Eden Valley, MN), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Mankato East improves its record to 12-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN) to face the Tigers in a Big 9 test on Tuesday, September 30.
