The Sun Valley Vanguards volleyball squad (Aston, PA), was defeated 3-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Harriton Rams (Rosemont, PA)

With the win, Harriton improves its record to 7-8 on the season. The Rams host Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA) to encounter the Panthers in a Central battle on Monday, September 29. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 6-5. Strath Haven won 3-2 in their recent league battle against Haverford (Havertown, PA)

The Vanguards now own a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Downingtown East for a Ches-Mont challenge on Monday, September 29. Sun Valley will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-4.
