Washington High School Volleyball - Kamiakin edged by White River
September 27, 2025: Kennewick, WA 99336 White River Hornets (Buckley, WA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, White River improves its record to 13-2 on the season. The Hornets host Jefferson (Auburn, WA) to face the Raiders in a 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Cascade) test on Monday, September 29. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 2-5. Jefferson won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Highline (Burien, WA)
The Braves now own a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chugiak for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Kamiakin will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Dimond (Anchorage, AK). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-6.
