In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Seward Seahawks.

The Wolverines (21-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Soldotna (Soldotna, AK). The Stars enter the non-league challenge with a 13-5 record. In their last challenge, Soldotna beat Service (Anchorage, AK), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Seahawks meet the Houston Hawks (Big Lake, AK) in a 3A Southcentral test, on Friday, October 3. Seward will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
