September 28, 2022: Marion, IL 62959 Marion Wildcats (Marion, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Gallatin County Hawks (Junction, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Frankfort Redbirds (West Frankfort, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 3. Marion will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Redbirds come into the match with a 11-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hamilton County (McLeansboro, IL).
With the loss, Gallatin County drops to 4-8 on the campaign. The Hawks host Norris City-Omaha-Enfield (Norris City, IL) to clash with the Fighting Cardinals in a Greater Egyptian match on Thursday, September 29.
