With the win, St. Mary's Prep improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Eaglets travel to Central Catholic (Toledo, OH) to confront the Fighting Irish in a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. The Fighting Irish go into the test with a record of 1-0.
With the loss, River Rouge moves to 1-3 on the season. The Panthers host Redford Union (Redford, MI) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. The Panthers enter the bout with a record of 2-3. Redford Union lost 8-6 in their recent non-league bout against Garden City (Garden City, MI)
