Missouri High School Softball - Parkway West holds off Lutheran South
September 28, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63123 Parkway West Longhorns (Ballwin, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lutheran South Lancers (St. Louis, MO), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Longhorns now own a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parkway North for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 29. Parkway West will face a Vikings squad coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to St. Joseph's Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Vikings record now stands at 5-15.
With the loss, Lutheran South falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Lancers host Neelyville (Neelyville, MO) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 30. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 11-4. Neelyville won 9-7 in their recent league challenge against Van Buren (Van Buren, MO)
