Georgia High School Softball - Taylor County bounces Macon County
September 28, 2023: Montezuma, GA 31063 Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA), 7-0 in a league challenge.
The Vikings now own a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they host Perry for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2. Taylor County will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Griffin (Griffin, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-4.
With the loss, Macon County falls to 0-6 on the campaign.
