Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Beresford Watchdogs (Beresford, SD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. Aberdeen Central will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Watchdogs come into the match with a 1-16 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Chester (Chester, SD).

With the loss, Brandon Valley drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Riggs (Pierre, SD) to clash with the Governors in a AA District 1 match on Saturday, September 30. The Governors come into the match with a record of 8-3. Riggs lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Watertown (Watertown, SD)
