North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ascend Leadership crushed by Woods Charter

September 28, 2023: Chapel Hill, NC 27514

The Woods Charter Wolves prevailed the visiting Ascend Leadership Aviators volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Wolves now possess a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clover Garden School for a Central Tar Heel 1A challenge on Friday, September 29. Woods Charter will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-1 league win over Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-7.

Next, the Aviators meet the River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Ascend Leadership will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC).
