September 28, 2023: Somerville, AL 35670 Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Decatur Heritage Christian Academy Eagles (Decatur, AL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Patriots battle the Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) in a 5A Area 15 match, on Tuesday, October 3. Brewer will attempt to advance on its 16-13 season record. The Red Devils come into the match with a 30-13 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Madison County (Gurley, AL).
With the loss, Decatur Heritage Christian Academy drops to 3-17 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Addison (Addison, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, October 2. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 27-6. Addison won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL)
