The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) and the visiting Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO), saw Cherokee Trail's volleyball squad beat Mullen by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Cherokee Trail upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Arapahoe (Centennial, CO) to play the Warriors in a 5A/4A Centennial bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Arapahoe won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO)
