California High School Volleyball - Monte Vista tips Mission San Jose
September 28, 2024: Danville, CA 94526 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Monte Vista Mustangs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Mission San Jose Warriors.
The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Menlo-Atherton edged Carlmont (Belmont, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the Moreau Catholic Mariners (Hayward, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Mission San Jose will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Mariners come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to James Logan (Union City, CA).
