South Dakota High School Volleyball - Newell over Bison
September 28, 2024: Bison, SD 57620 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Newell Irrigators (Newell, SD) and the host Bison Cardinals (Bison, SD), observed Newell's volleyball team top Bison by a tally of 2-0.
The Irrigators (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Timber Lake beat McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Cardinals meet the Lemmon Cowboys (Lemmon, SD) in a B Region 8 contest, on Saturday, September 28. Bison will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Cowboys enter the contest with a 5-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Langford (Langford, SD).
