September 28, 2024: Freeport, IL 61032 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Oregon Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Freeport Pretzels.
The Hawks (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL). The Vikings enter the Big Northern challenge with a 2-15 record. In their last challenge, North Boone was beaten by Non Varsity Opponent (, ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pretzels battle the Jefferson J-Hawks (Rockford, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 match, on Tuesday, October 1. Freeport will attempt to move on its 3-14 season record. The J-Hawks enter the match with a 5-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL).
