September 28, 2024: Walnut, CA 91789 The Walnut Mustangs (Walnut, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Northview Vikings (Covina, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to Claremont for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 1. Walnut will clash with a Wolfpack team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over United Christian Academy (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 7-14.
With the loss, Northview drops to 15-13 on the campaign. The Vikings host West Covina (West Covina, CA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Valle Vista bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 8-15. West Covina lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Charter Oak (Covina, CA)
