September 28, 2024: Spring Lake, MI 49456 Plainwell Trojans (Plainwell, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Spring Lake Lakers (Spring Lake, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Plainwell moves its record to 24-6 on the year. The Trojans host Three Rivers (Three Rivers, MI) to battle the Wildcats in a contest on Thursday, October 3. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 19-10. Three Rivers won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI)
Next, the Lakers battle the Zeeland West Dux (Zeeland, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Black contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Spring Lake will attempt to move on its 5-16 season record. The Dux enter the contest with a 1-14 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Holland Christian (Holland, MI).
