South Carolina High School Football - Palmetto Christian Academy held off by Beaufort Academy
September 29, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 In Friday's league game, the Beaufort Academy Eagles (Beaufort, SC) football team tipped the host Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC), by a score of 2-0.
The Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Williamsburg Academy (Kingstree, SC). The Stallions come into the SCISA AA Region II game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Williamsburg Academy got by Lee Academy (Bishopville, SC), 47-7, in a non-league game.
The now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thomas Sumter Academy for a non-league game on Friday, October 6. Palmetto Christian Academy will battle a Generals team coming off a 43-13 non-league loss to Greenwood Christian (Greenwood, SC). The Generals record now stands at 0-5.
