September 29, 2023: Ogdensburg, NY 13669 The Canton Golden Bears football team (Canton, NY), was ripped 40-8 in Friday's league challenge with the host Ogdensburg Free Academy Blue Devils (Ogdensburg, NY)
The Blue Devils (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Massena (Massena, NY). The Raiders come into the Section 10 challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Massena trounced St. Lawrence Central (Brasher Falls, NY), 47-19, in a league challenge.
The Golden Bears now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gouverneur for a Section 10 challenge on Saturday, October 7. Canton will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 42-8 league win over Potsdam (Potsdam, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.
