In Friday's non-league match, the host Rocky Mountain Grizzlies football squad scored a good 38-15 victory over the Capital Golden Eagles.

In their next game, the Grizzlies clash with the Meridian Warriors (Meridian, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho - Foothills match, on Thursday, October 5. Rocky Mountain will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 37-7 non-league win over Centennial (Boise, ID).

The Golden Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Middleton (Middleton, ID). The Vikings enter the 5A Southern Idaho - Foothills match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Middleton ran past Timberline (Boise, ID), 49-20, in a league match.
