September 29, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19803 The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) and the host Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE), saw Concord's volleyball squad beat Brandywine by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Concord upgrades its record to 7-2 on the year. The Raiders host Middletown (Middletown, DE) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Middletown won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE)
The Bulldogs now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Delcastle Technical for a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. Brandywine will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE). The Cougars record now stands at 1-5.
