In Friday's non-league battle, the host Central Golden Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Pope Francis Prep Cardinals.

The Golden Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA). The Lancers come into the Pioneer Valley - Eastern A battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Longmeadow achieved victory over Baystate Academy (Springfield, MA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
