September 29, 2023: Puxico, MO 63960 The Puxico Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Zalma Bulldogs to 1 in the Indians non-league victory on Friday.
The Indians now have a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dexter for a non-league game on Monday, October 2. Puxico will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO). The Bearcats record now stands at 11-12.
The Bulldogs (3-16) will now prepare for their game against Marquand-Zion (Marquand, MO). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Marquand-Zion dropped by Valley (Caledonia, MO), 3-0, in a non-league game.
