September 29, 2025: Barre, MA 01005 The Leicester Wolverines football squad scored 44 points and limited the host Quabbin Regional Panthers to 0 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wolverines now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Oxford for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 6. Leicester will face a Pirates team coming off a 34-0 non-league loss to Uxbridge (Uxbridge, MA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-2.
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Boylston (West Boylston, MA). The Lions go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last test, West Boylston was overwhelmed by Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA), 36-6, in a non-league test.
