New Jersey High School Soccer - Southern Regional toppled by Freehold Boro
September 29, 2025: Manahawkin, NJ 08050 Freehold Boro Colonials (Freehold, NJ) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Southern Regional Rams (Manahawkin, NJ), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Freehold Boro moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Colonials host Raritan (Hazlet, NJ) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Rockets go into the outing with a record of 3-0. Raritan 2-2 in their recent non-league outing against Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ)
Next up, the Rams confront the Brick Memorial Mustangs (Brick, NJ) in a Shore A - South outing, on Thursday, October 2. Southern Regional will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the outing with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Howell (Farmingdale, NJ).
