Wilson Area Warriors (Easton, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA), 2-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Wilson Area advances its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA) to clash with the Tigers in a Colonial test on Wednesday, October 1. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 13-1. Northwestern Lehigh won 9-1 in their recent league test against Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA)

The Spartans now have a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Notre Dame-Green Pond for a Colonial bout on Wednesday, October 1. Southern Lehigh will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-4.
