California High School Volleyball - Emerald Concord
September 29, 2025: Concord, CA 94521 Concord Bears (Concord, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Emerald Aerouants (Dublin, CA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Bears (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA). The Red Devils come into the Diablo-Valley challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Diablo beat Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Aerouants meet the Pittsburg Pirates (Pittsburg, CA) in a Bay Valley test, on Wednesday, October 1. Emerald will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 2-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Heritage (Brentwood, CA).
