September 29, 2025: Dyer, TN 38330 The Gibson County Pioneers edged the visiting University School of Jackson Bruins volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Pioneers face the Halls Tigers (Halls, TN) in a A District 13 game, on Tuesday, September 30. Gibson County will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record.
With the loss, University School of Jackson drops to 8-7 on the campaign. The Bruins host Trinity Christian Academy (Jackson, TN) to play the Lions in a D-II A District 5 outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 12-12. Trinity Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Gibson County (Dyer, TN)
