Mississippi High School Volleyball - Meridian crushed by Lamar

In Monday's non-league match, the Lamar Raiders (Meridian, MS) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Meridian Wildcats (Meridian, MS), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Hartfield Academy Hawks (Flowood, MS) in a MAIS match, on Tuesday, October 7. Lamar will attempt to move on its 22-5 season record.

The Wildcats (8-13) will now prepare for their match against Choctaw County (Butler, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, Choctaw County notched a victory over Marengo (Dixons Mills, AL), 3-0, in a non-league match.
