California High School Volleyball - King/Drew over Foshay
September 30, 2021: Los Angeles, CA 90059 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Foshay Wolverines (Los Angeles, CA), saw King/Drew's volleyball squad beat Foshay by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, King/Drew upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to Fremont (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Pathfinders in a Coliseum bout on Tuesday, October 5. The Pathfinders go into the bout with a record of 9-3.
The Wolverines now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Middle College for a Crosstown bout on Friday, October 1. Foshay will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-3.
