September 30, 2022: Lafayette, LA 70501 The West St. John Rams football team (Edgard, LA), was ripped 42-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA)
The (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA). The Panthers come into the 2A District 8 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Catholic - N.I. trounced Eunice (Eunice, LA), 44-18, in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Varnado for a 1A District 10 challenge on Friday, October 7. West St. John will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 56-0 non-league loss to Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.
