Oregon High School Football - Cascade trounces Cottage Grove
September 30, 2022: Cottage Grove, OR 97424 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Cascade Cougars football squad scored a big 56-13 victory over the Cottage Grove Lions.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Philomath Warriors (Philomath, OR) in a 4A Special District 3 match, on Friday, October 7. Cascade will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 33-14 league loss to Stayton (Stayton, OR).
The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Marist (Eugene, OR). The Spartans enter the 4A Special District 3 match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Marist routed Sweet Home (Sweet Home, OR), 42-12, in a league match.
