The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Van (Van, TX). The Vandals come into the 4A-2 Region II District 8 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Van nipped Canton (Canton, TX), 45-0, in a league challenge.

The Roughriders now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Van for a 4A-2 Region II District 8 challenge on Friday, October 14.
