The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Walter Panas Panthers (Cortlandt Manor, NY) and the visiting Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY), observed Walter Panas's football squad bounce Edgemont by a count of 45-7.

The Panthers now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hastings for a Section 1 Independent - River contest on Saturday, October 8. Walter Panas will play a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 41-13 non-league loss to Spring Valley (Spring Valley, NY). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-4.
