Ohio High School Football - Northwest trounced by Edgewood
September 30, 2022: Trenton, OH 45067 Edgewood Cougars (Trenton, OH) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Northwest Knights (Cincinnati, OH), 48-12 in a league test.
With the win, Edgewood improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Talawanda (Oxford, OH) to confront the Braves in a Southwest Ohio test on Friday, October 7. The Braves go into the test with a record of 1-6. Talawanda lost 28-0 in their recent league test against Ross (Hamilton, OH)
With the loss, Northwest moves to 3-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Mt. Healthy (Cincinnati, OH) to battle the Fighting Owls in a Southwest Ohio game on Friday, October 7. The Fighting Owls come into the game with a record of 4-3. Mt. Healthy won 35-14 in their recent league game against Harrison (Harrison, OH)
