California High School Football - Parlier held off by Yosemite

In Friday's league contest, the Yosemite Badgers (Oakhurst, CA) football squad nipped the visiting Parlier Panthers (Parlier, CA), by a count of 7-2.

The Badgers now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Riverdale for a Northwest Sequoia contest on Friday, October 7. Yosemite will play a Cowboys squad coming off a 28-24 league loss to Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 4-2.

Coming up next, the Panthers play the Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA) in a Northwest Sequoia contest, on Friday, October 7. Parlier will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
