The Burton Panthers topped the visiting Snook Bluejays volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers now have a 16-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerville for a 2A Region IV District 25 test on Tuesday, October 4. Burton will confront a Yeguas team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mumford (Mumford, TX). The Yeguas record now stands at 6-15.

The Bluejays (3-22) will now prepare for their test against Somerville (Somerville, TX). The Yeguas enter the 2A Region IV District 25 test with a 6-15 record.
