September 30, 2023: Hebron, IL 60034 The Alden-Hebron Green Giants football team (Hebron, IL), was ripped 67-18 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Flanagan/Woodland Falcons (Flanagan, IL)
The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bushnell-Prairie City (Bushnell, IL). The Spartans come into the 8-Man Central 2 (8 Man) challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Bushnell-Prairie City was ripped by Biggsville West Central (Biggsville, IL), 36-34, in a league challenge.
The Green Giants now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hiawatha for a 8-Man North 1 (8 Man) challenge on Friday, October 6. Alden-Hebron will meet a Hawks team coming off a 54-26 non-league loss to South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville (Kincaid, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 2-4.
