September 30, 2023: Las Cruces, NM 88007 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM) and the host Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM), saw Hatch Valley's volleyball squad nip Mayfield by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Hatch Valley upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Bears travel to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Centennial won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Deming (Deming, NM)
The Trojans now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Organ Mountain for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30.
