September 30, 2023: Orlando, FL 32804 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bishop Moore Hornets (Orlando, FL) and the visiting Lake Region Thunder (Eagle Lake, FL), saw Bishop Moore's volleyball squad beat Lake Region by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Bishop Moore upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Hornets host Winter Park (Winter Park, FL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 12-1.
The Thunder now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Winter Springs for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. Lake Region will play a Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Windermere (Windermere, FL). The Bears record now stands at 1-3.
